Deploying a precision tilt meter requires that the instrument be precisely level and properly configured to collect the data you need. The PTM Test/Setup Cable makes communicating with our PTM tilt meters easy from any PC. The cable provides power to the instrument and connects the serial communications (RS232) to your computer via a USB adapter. Don’t worry about which pins on the connector connect to what signal, just plug and go with the rugged, field ready cable.You can use the same power source your instrument will run on in the field while programming, reducing the number of things you need to carry while on a deployment.
