- Rural delivery addresses (a surcharge applies) please tick the box
- Offshore Islands (surcharge applies)
- Great Barrier Island delivery is only to depot
📌 Note: We do not currently ship internationally, and are unable to delivery to PO Boxes.

Tracking numbers are provided via email directly from NZ Couriers once your order has been collected from us.
- During public holidays or high-demand pre-Christmas periods, delays may occur via courier network.
Click & Collect
Pick up is available from our showroom/warehouse located at 235 Archers Rd, Wairau Valley, Auckland 0627. Please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” email confirmation before arriving.

Auckland (Local Metro) 25 KG Max : $7.00

Waiheke: $ 6.50+ $5.50 = $12
North Island Short Haul (Whangarei and surrounding areas, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Waikato)
- 5 kg Max: $8.00
- 5 – 15 kg Max: $9.00
- 15 – 25kg Max: $10
North Island Within (Upper Northland, Hawkes bay, Manawatu- Wanganui, Taranaki, Wellington)
- 5 kg Max: $9.70
- 5 – 15 kg Max: $11.80

North Island Excess per 5kg – $5
North Island Rural Delivery – $5.50 per shipment
South Island
- 5 kg Max: $9
- 5 – 15 kg Max: $14

South Island Excess per 5kg: $7
South Island Rural Delivery: $5.50 per shipment
If you live in at a rural address you must select the Rural Delivery option in the Checkout for your item to be delivered. Unfortunately we must charge this additional fee because smaller courier operators are sub contracted by Fastway.
