High Visibility, Simple Operation The full dot-matrix LCD allows for high visibility and clearly shows alphanumeric characters and icons. Programming memory channels and other radio settings can be simply made from the front panel by radio users. These customizing functions can also be restricted, depending on the radio settings. Optional Bluetooth® Headset Connectivity With the optional UT-133A Bluetooth® unit, the IC-A120 can be used with a third-party wireless Bluetooth® headset. Also, using the optional VS-3 Bluetooth® headset, the side tone function is available. Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) The newly added built-in ANC reduces background noise in the received and transmitting signals. This function is effective in extremely noisy airport environments full of aircraft noise. The automatic noise limiter (ANL)* reduces pulse-type noise such as engine ignition. IP54 Dust-Protection and Water Resistance The IC-A120 has IP54 dust-protection and water resistance. This construction allows for use in open-air vehicles. Dualwatch and ON-Hook Scan Functions The dualwatch function checks the priority and operating channels alternatively. The ON-Hook scan function automatically starts scanning when the hand microphone is hooked on the microphone hanger. When you take the microphone OFF hook, the scanning stops at the priority channel or displayed channel (according to the preprogramming). Side Tone Function When using a third-party headset with the optional OPC-871A headset adapter, the side tone function allows you to monitor your own transmitted voice via the connected headset. Even when using a hand microphone, your voice can be monitored from the headset. Optional Speaker-Microphone, HM-217 Listen to received audio through the HM-217’s built-in speaker. From the speaker-microphone’s front panel, access up/down buttons and two programmable buttons (P1/P2) which can be used as a shortcut to activate frequently used functions. Can I return surplus stock?

Unopened cartons may be returned within 14 days for store credit (excludes custom-printed items). Freight is at the buyer’s cost.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the packaging and product within 48 hours and email [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

I have a business do you offer wholesale pricing?

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay, bank transfer, and 20th-of-month trade accounts for approved wholesale customers. In store pay wave includes all the above and also Amex.

Is the tissue acid free?

Yes all our tissue paper is certified acid free

Do you offer design help?

Our in-house team can suggest colour palettes, ribbon combinations, or box sizes free of charge.

Do you provide a gift-wrapping service?

We supply materials only but are unable to do the wrapping for you.

Will you have a pop-up shop again for Christmas?

Yes on-site downstairs – plenty of parking available. Our Christmas Pop-Up runs 1 November – 23 December 2025 at the same 235 Archers Rd, Wairau Valley location.

Is your showroom open to the public?

Yes everyone is welcome. Winter hours Mon-Thurs 10am-4pm, Fri 10am-3pm. Nov-Dec - Mon-Sat 10am-4pm. Trade buyers, Corporate and the general public are welcome.

Do you sell food packaging?

We do stock some items and if food safe certifed we will state this in the product description. If you are wanting large numbers of food packaging you are better to go to a supplier that specialises in this.

Do you offer environmentally friendly packaging?

More than 50 % of our range is recyclable, or made from post-consumer fibre. Look for the trust icons on each product page and check out or Eco collection also.

Can you match my brand colours exactly for printing on ribbon?

We will suggest the closest colour we have from our stocks but cannot print to match exactly.

Can you print my logo on bags, boxes, or ribbon?

We print locally onto selected ribbons, bags and boxes. Send us a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF). Via website > customise> then complete the quotation form and we will get back to you with pricing.

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t currently as each time we look into it is too expensive via courier.

Why does it not give me the option for local pick-up?

Even though you are collecting you need to enter a shipping address for this to show

Can I pick up my order?

Choose “Local Pick up” at checkout. Winter hours (Mon–Thurs, 10 am – 4 pm. Fri 10am-3pm). We’ll email when it’s packed and ready to pick up. If these hours are not workable for you do contact us and we will try to accommodate. Nov and Dec Mon-Sat 10am-4pm.

Do you deliver to the South Island and rural addresses?

Yes. North Island overnight, South Island 2 business days, rural allow 2-3 extra days. Rates are shown at checkout; oversized items may incur a surcharge.

Orders placed before 12 PM (with confirmed payment) will be dispatched the same day.
Standard courier timing via NZ Couriers is overnight North Island and 2 days to the South Island.
Rural is an additional 2-3 days.
Pick-ups available at 235 Archers Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland.
