Unique Signal Generator For use with the UTILIFINDER . Emits signals when plugged into a 13 amp power socket. The Leica UTILIFINDER System 1. Leica UtiliFinder The Leica UTILIFINDER is a unique location system used to identify buried utilities. Select Auto mode to detect loaded power cables. 2. Leica UtiliGen Use the Leica UTILIGEN to identify utilities and obtain a depth reading with the Leica UTILIFINDER . 3. Leica UtiliDrain Use the Leica UTILIDRAIN to map pipes or sewers and find blockages. Use the Leica UTILIFINDER to trace the drain and obtain a depth reading. Leica UTILIFINDER - Overview Step 1 - Plug-in Plug UTILIGEN into wall and turn on power. Green light confirms that power cables can be traced. Blue light indicates that some other services can be traced. Step 2 - Activate Squeeze trigger to turn on UTILITRACE. LCD activates. Step 3 - Search Hold UTILITRACE vertically, sweep the ground in a zig zag pattern, covering the whole area. When the visual and audible signals are at the highest you are directly over a buried service. Step 4 - Mark When the bar graph is at its highest point you are directly over the service and should mark the ground. Joining your marks indicates the path of the service. Key functions: i button Information. The UTILIFINDER web address will be displayed. The website provides all online support and training information. Key functions: F button Functional test. With the UTILIGEN turned off, hold the F button for 2 seconds. The UTILITRACE will automatically carry out a functional test. Can I return surplus stock?

Unopened cartons may be returned within 14 days for store credit (excludes custom-printed items). Freight is at the buyer’s cost.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the packaging and product within 48 hours and email [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

I have a business do you offer wholesale pricing?

Click via the website – Wholesale customers apply here and complete your details with business name and we will be back in contact with you quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay, bank transfer, and 20th-of-month trade accounts for approved wholesale customers. In store pay wave includes all the above and also Amex.

Is the tissue acid free?

Yes all our tissue paper is certified acid free

Do you offer design help?

Our in-house team can suggest colour palettes, ribbon combinations, or box sizes free of charge.

Do you provide a gift-wrapping service?

We supply materials only but are unable to do the wrapping for you.

Will you have a pop-up shop again for Christmas?

Yes on-site downstairs – plenty of parking available. Our Christmas Pop-Up runs 1 November – 23 December 2025 at the same 235 Archers Rd, Wairau Valley location.

Is your showroom open to the public?

Yes everyone is welcome. Winter hours Mon-Thurs 10am-4pm, Fri 10am-3pm. Nov-Dec - Mon-Sat 10am-4pm. Trade buyers, Corporate and the general public are welcome.

Do you sell food packaging?

We do stock some items and if food safe certifed we will state this in the product description. If you are wanting large numbers of food packaging you are better to go to a supplier that specialises in this.

Do you offer environmentally friendly packaging?

More than 50 % of our range is recyclable, or made from post-consumer fibre. Look for the trust icons on each product page and check out or Eco collection also.

Can you match my brand colours exactly for printing on ribbon?

We will suggest the closest colour we have from our stocks but cannot print to match exactly.

Can you print my logo on bags, boxes, or ribbon?

We print locally onto selected ribbons, bags and boxes. Send us a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF). Via website > customise> then complete the quotation form and we will get back to you with pricing.

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t currently as each time we look into it is too expensive via courier.

Why does it not give me the option for local pick-up?

Even though you are collecting you need to enter a shipping address for this to show

Can I pick up my order?

Choose “Local Pick up” at checkout. Winter hours (Mon–Thurs, 10 am – 4 pm. Fri 10am-3pm). We’ll email when it’s packed and ready to pick up. If these hours are not workable for you do contact us and we will try to accommodate. Nov and Dec Mon-Sat 10am-4pm.

Do you deliver to the South Island and rural addresses?

Yes. North Island overnight, South Island 2 business days, rural allow 2-3 extra days. Rates are shown at checkout; oversized items may incur a surcharge.

Orders placed before 12 PM (with confirmed payment) will be dispatched the same day.
Standard courier timing via NZ Couriers is overnight North Island and 2 days to the South Island.
Rural is an additional 2-3 days.
Pick-ups available at 235 Archers Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland.
