Welcome Baby Crib Cards Welcome that beautiful baby Our Welcome Baby crib cards are the perfect size for bassinets, 4¾ x 3″ folded and 4¾ x 6″ unfolded. For HIPPA, cards are designed to fold in half allowing the patient information to be on the inside. Cards come in shrink wrapped packs of 100, printed on both sides. You get both pink cards and blue cards, 50 of each. Each pink card and each blue card has English on one side and Spanish on the other. The insides of the Welcome Baby crib cards have space for the baby’s name, birth date, time and length.
