The system offers real time measurements of beam position and angular displacements as well as power display, with resolution down to 0.1 um for position and better than 20 microradions for angles. Accuracy’s deviation is directly proportional to the deviation amount from center. For small deviations resolution values could be used. The system measures CW beams, and offers portable, fast and accurate beam alignment solution.
