Step 1) It’s best to put a blanket down for your baby as it adds extra cushion for your baby’s bottom and grip for the boppy pillow. Step 2) Put the boppy pillow down on the blanket and gently sit your babies upper body against the inner “C” portion.  Your babies arms and arm pits typically rest on top of the boppy pillow.
